We all have been through the tiresome process of the job hunt that requires dedication and mountains of paperwork. The process of the job application is very tedious for the applicant, who must fill out every single detail about his/her life and ensure that they still look aesthetically appealing to the recruiter, It’s also boring for the employer, who must sort through each applicant and their paperwork.
Because of the monotonous work, standing out and creating a brand new spin on resumes and CVs has become popular with the current generation. Additionally, making a creative resume is fun for both the applicant and the employer, as it spices up the monotony of the job hunt and adds a much-needed element of fun.
Recently a designer named Andy Morris residing in Wales has taken the creativity to a whole new level by introducing his CV in the form of a LEGO Minifigure. He used his experience in toy designing to create a LEGO duplicate of himself. Check out his design below:
We have to say this looks like from the shelf of LEGO themselves and stand out from any other CVs/Resumes of the past. He created a miniature of himself who is holding a laptop in one hand and classical CV in the other. He packaged this toy with his unique designs and created a beautiful way to convey his passion for innovation and commitment.
This will make him stand out from his competition, and it also expresses that he could bring a different perspective and still achieve the primary goal. The way he presents himself also says much about his personality and tell us that any company who hires him will enjoy his presence a lot.
